On behalf of the people of Fukushima,
I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude
for the great deal of support and cooperation
from people across the globe
since the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11th, 2011.
Presently, Fukushima is working thoroughly to prepare
the infrastructure and support systems necessary
to accommodate training camps for future international competitions
namely the 2019 Rugby World Cup, and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic
and Paralympic Games.
We will welcome all athletes with open arms,
and offer them our full support
by providing the perfect conditions for them to train in comfort
through Fukushima’s comprehensive training facilities
and unparalleled relaxing natural environment.
Choosing “Fukushima” is the first step towards glory. See you again in Fukushima.
